Coastal Connect is a community-driven women’s group on the Monterey Peninsula dedicated to bringing local women together to connect, collaborate, and uplift one another. Through casual gatherings, meaningful conversations, and supportive networking, we create a space where women can share their passions, build friendships, and celebrate each other's journeys — both personally and professionally. At Coastal Connect, we believe in the power of community, and that when women support women, incredible things happen.
Meet Elise Cricchio:
Founder of Coastal Connect
Elise Cricchio is a Monterey Peninsula native who’s passionate about creating meaningful connections and celebrating the incredible women who live and work here. She went from All Saints to Carmel High, then earned her degree in dance from the University of Arizona—where she discovered a love for creativity, community, and big ideas. While she still teaches dance for fun, Elise’s full-time focus is real estate. She works with The Malone Hodges Team, one of the top-producing teams in the area, and was recently named the Best New Realtor on the Monterey Peninsula.
Elise founded Coastal Connect to build something she felt was missing—a space where women in business (or women passionate about anything) could come together, lift each other up, and grow something meaningful side by side. Coastal Connect is all about showing up as you are and supporting one another along the way.
Whether she’s guiding a family through the home buying process or planning the next event for Coastal Connect, Elise leads with heart, hustle, and a deep love for the place she calls home. She’s proud to help foster a community where women feel seen, inspired, and truly connected.

We host social gatherings all year long — from happy hours to charity events — giving you the chance to connect in person and give back to causes close to our hearts.
