Coastal Connect is a community-driven women’s group on the Monterey Peninsula dedicated to bringing local women together to connect, collaborate, and uplift one another. Through casual gatherings, meaningful conversations, and supportive networking, we create a space where women can share their passions, build friendships, and celebrate each other's journeys — both personally and professionally. At Coastal Connect, we believe in the power of community, and that when women support women, incredible things happen.
Meet Elise Cricchio:
Founder of Coastal Connect
Elise Cricchio is a Monterey Peninsula native who’s passionate about creating meaningful connections and celebrating the incredible women who live and work here. She grew up locally—attending All Saints and Carmel High—before earning her degree in dance from the University of Arizona, where she developed a deep appreciation for creativity, community, and collaboration.
While Elise still teaches dance for the joy of it, her full-time focus is real estate. She’s part of The Malone Hodges Team, one of the top-producing teams on the Peninsula, and was honored to be recognized as the Best New Realtor in the area.
Elise started Coastal Connect to fill a gap she felt personally—a space for women in business (or women with any kind of passion) to come together, share ideas, and support one another without pretense. Coastal Connect is rooted in showing up as you are, celebrating progress over perfection, and building genuine relationships along the way.
Whether she’s helping a family find their perfect home or planning the next Coastal Connect event, Elise leads with heart, authenticity, and a genuine love for the community she calls home.

Start your own meetup — like a coffee club, hike group, or mama’s circle — or join one that already exists. Bring your friends, make new ones, and connect over shared interests. You can join multiple groups or start something new that others can jump into too.
- Support & Promote One Another -
Use Coastal Connect as a platform to share what you’re working on — promote your business, gift your craft, or help each other grow. This is a space where women celebrate, collaborate, and support each other's journeys.

We host social gatherings all year long — from happy hours to charity events — giving you the chance to connect in person and give back to causes close to our hearts.
